✿Business Letters:- They Include Letters Written To shop Keepers, Trading Firms, Newspapers about business matters both Public and Private ; and letter of application. In these Letters we should be Formal.

✿‎‏‏Offical Letters :- They Include Letters Written From one Office to another. in official Letters We Should be Courteous.

✿Public Letters :- These are generally Those that do not come Under the above three Heads. applications and memorials May be Classed under this Head.
