1.Acrostic Poem- The first letters of each line are aligned vertically to form a word.
2.Cinquain Poem- They are five lines long with a certain number of syllabus or words in each.
3.Concrete Poem- They form a picture of the topic or follows the contour of the shape that is suggested by the topic.
4.Limericks- It is a funny little poem containing five lines.
5.Tanka- It is a form of Japanese poetry that consists of  31 syllabus.
6.Haiku- It is a very short and has a 5-7-5 syllable structure with 5 syllables in first line, 7 syllables in second line and again 5 syllables in third line.
