the rate of change of momentum of an object is directly proportional to applied unbalance force in the direction of force

First law of Newton
Is object in motion will remain in motion if object is in rest will remain in rest until and unless external force applied on it.
Second law of Newton
rate of change of momentum is directly proportional to applied force.
