\huge\bf\red{Answer..}

The first law places no restriction on direction. A process will not occur unless it satisfies.

To overcome this limitations, anotherlaw is needed which is known as second law of thermodynamics. The second law of thermodynamics helps us to predict whether the reaction is feasible or not and also tell the direction of the flow of heat. It also tells that energy cannot be completely converted into equivalent work.

Limitations of First Law of Thermodynamics. First law does not provide a clear idea about the direction of absorption or evolution of heat. The informations provided by the first law of thermodynamics are not enough to predict the spontaneity or feasibility of a process.

Happypincha111: hey ....you are wrong .... tells us about the feasibility of the reaction or in your own words the reaction will occur or not because it tells about the thermodynamically stability after the reaction so by this concept your answer is wrong
Happypincha111: dont be sorry friend. ..... correct it

I do not tell us about the rate or the kinetics

of the reaction
