Locomotion organ means an organ that assists movement in a body. The locomotive organ of bacteria is flagella.

This organ is in the form of extremely thin hair like appendages on the bacteria. They originate from the basal area and come out through the cell wall of the bacteria.

Cilia are also a locomotive structure of bacteria.
