One of the major problems that India as a third world country faces is the problem of poverty. There are various reasons which have caused such a problem.
Some of the reasons include a rapidly rising population growth in the country.
Also the economic increase is not inclusive meaning only a sector has a rise in the income but not all the people.
Some of the other problems include unemployment, inflation, unequal distribution of income and social and political factors.
