The Indian subcontinent has the 2nd largest population in the world and it the biggest democracy in the world because China does not have a free and fair election system. So, India faces a large number of challenges/problems in conducting free and fair elections. Thus, all the challenges mentioned are options that are challenging to free and fair elections in India.
The main challenge out of all these will be option C - the influence of money and muscle power. This is because when money and muscle power come into play the main essence of democracy itself is destroyed.
