☛Raw materials - The necessary raw materials should be available in the neighborhood.

☛Power - Power should be available for running the Machines.

☛Transport - There should be adequate transport system to bring Enzo materials and distribute the finished products.

☛Labours - The people of the region should be enterprising and hardworking

☛Land - Adequate and suitable and should be there for setting up industry.

☛Water - A good source of water is necessary for setting up an industry and its proper running.

☛Capital - Sufficient capital is of prime importance for setting up of any kind of industry.

☛Market - Availability of a market which can consume finished goods is required for any kind of industry.
