1.India has a large share in world trade of cotton yarn but it's trade in readymade textile is only 4% in world's total production.
2. Weaving,knitting and processing unit cannot use much of the high quality yarn.

  • There is some modern factory in this segment but most of productions are in small unit. It caters to the local market.
