In our country many laws related equality for both men and women have been passed. There are 10% quota in governmental job in our country. The constitution ,supreme law of the land has ensure all are equal before law and special provision can be take to the development of the backward section.........

Govt has reserved seats for women in schools, colleges, govt. jobs, public transport, etc. Even private jobs have an undeclared reservation for women. While it may be necessary to have reservations for women to enable them to be at par with men, sometimes it gets overdone. Several of these women still cry about being oppressed and unfairly treated even after reaping benefits of different govt. provisions. In fact these days men are suffering a lot due to the unfair advantage women get in almost all fields since men have absolutely no Govt help and have to get there on the basis of merit only. Indian judicial system gives unfair advantage to women in matrimonial matters… be it child custody, maintenance or alimony.

In short, Govt only talks about women's rights and men's duties…. not about Men's rights and women's duties.
