what are the measures to be taken to combat the problem arising today to sale of alchol and drugs in our society

1)ban them

2)create awareness among people (what happens because of intake of them)

3)send addicted people to rehab.. it would seriosly help them

4)sometimes due to pain and depression, people choose a wrong path which is taking drugs and alcohol,,, in this case, consult a counselor or doctor.

5) Govt. should impose fine on people who are into selling drugs and alcohol.
