There are several mechanisam of causing desease by bact. on of them is shown below...
The “objective” of bacteria is to multiply rather than to cause disease; it is in the best interest of the bacteria not to kill the host.
bacteria after entering the host by any of the suitable and easy means..divide/colonise themselves and start search for iron which is necessary for there growth...during course of searching they come in adress of host's immune cells (lymphocytes, macrophage etc) and by a complex reaction mechanism immune cells try to eradicate or kill these foregn cells...but sometimes immune cells fail to eradicate due to enormous no. of bacteria..therefore bacteria overcome nd cause desease....
