Monerans reproduce both asexually and sexually:
A) ASEXUAL REPRODUCTION
1. Binary Fission - cell makes duplicate of itself and allows transfer of one DNA molecule to the new cell, this occurs when there are favourable conditions
2. By means of Endospore production, when there are unfavourable conditions
B) SEXUAL REPRODUCTION
This happens by conjugation of adjacent cells where the two cells allows the transfer of DNA
