1. Leaflet hooks:- Here the terminal Leaflets are modified into hook like structures that helps the plant to climb.
- Example:- Cat's nail.
2. Leaflet tendril:- Leaflets are modified into thin coiled like structure called tendril.
- Example:- Garden pea (pisum sativum)
3. Phyllode:- The petiole is turned into flat leaves and these leaves function like a normal leaf.
