we need a constitution bcoz our lndian constitution has provided a federal system of government, all the administrative powers are divided b/w the central and state governments. our constitution of India derives it's power from the people of India. from the constitution we have been able to establish a way of life that many countries are still striving to achieve -we can elect our leaders, follow our faith,preserve our unique identities..
