what are the other methods to find square roots??

hi friend,

we usually find square roots like this
√36 = 6

One another method is prime factorisation method ....
Q.√36
First bring the LCM of 36
i.e. 2×2×3×3
= √2×2×3×3
= 2×3
= 6

BlackVenom05: and one thing to remember ....If the last digit of square is 5 or less than 5 then only you can add[example 25² here you can add like (20+5)²] and if the last digit of any square is more than five i.e.6,7,8,9 then do this [ 36²= (40-4)²]........plz remember this thing while doing this kind of sums...
