Male reproductive system of cockroach :---

✴️ The male reproductive system consists of a pair of trilobed testes, one laying on each side in 4th to 6th segments.

✴️ From each testis, a vas defrenens arises and passes down into the seminal vesicle to open into the ejaculatory duct, that leads into the male gonopore.

✴️ Phallic gland is an accessory reproductive gland.

✴️ The sperm remain in the seminal vesicles and are glued together in the form of bundles, called spermatophores, the spermatophores move to outside by the gonopore, that is present ventral to the anus.

✴️ The external genitalia are called male gonapophysis or phallomers.
