★ VOICE ★
The formulation of voice from active to passive is :-
object + auxiliary verb + verb in past participle + subject.
But, in an interrogative sentence when the sentence in active voice begins with, ' WH ' then in passive voice the sentence starts with the same ' WH ' word.
Except, when in active interrogative sentence there is 'who' , in passive it starts with ' by whom '.
So, your required answer is :-
By whom was she taught French ?.
