volume = 36kx^2y-21kxy^2+3ky^3
lbh= 3ky[12x^2-7xy^2+y2]
= 3ky[12x^2-4xy-3xy+y^2]
=3ky[4x(3x-y)-y(3x-y)]
=3ky(3x-y)(4x-y)
therefore
l=3ky, b=(3x-y), h=(4x-y)
you can take any of three factors as l or b or h
