Powers of IAS officer is:
1 He can do anything like arrest criminals and beat them but he should have the perfect information abut them.
2 Without information he can't arrest them and if he can shoot them when they start firing without firing Any officer can not start fire, He/ She can be start firing to protect them and if they shoot any criminal at that case no one should say them wrong.
3 IAS officer can arrest any person but he or she should have high command orders to do so and if any high power people will defend the criminals IAS officers have power to arrest them but for this they should have full information about this, without information they can't do any thing or any officer can't do anything without information.
