If we're doing this experiment ⚗ with leaves
- Tear the leaves carefully
If we're doing this experiment with cheek cells
- Don't scrape hard
If we're doing this experiment with onion peel
- Don't stain 'Janus Green-much
too much
- Extra / Excess stain should be removed / drained off
For any
- No air bubbles should present under coverslip.
