What are the problems that India would face in making Abdul Kalam's dream into a reality?

Corruption: if all government employees are not doing corruption then politicians are also fear towards corruption and people realise about work and makes our currency stronger. (presently if you want to establish a firm you need to pay for everything eg. loan, land location, pollution clearance, engineer approvals etc: and also for local temples and politicians )

Caste: even though all countries have people with different surnames are treated as equal where as here they are divided under name called caste. I ask a question “all higher caste people are rich or all lower caste people are poor” is it possible to a true tribe person can get a seat in IITs. ask any foreigner about reservations they simply ask “what is it ?”

Quality Education: india provides free education to all children, but a person who has not even ₹ 30,000 annual income also send their children to corporate schools spending atleast ₹10,000 as tution fees even though our government teachers got huge amounts of salaries compared to corporate schools. (the problems may include caste based selection, government job, lack of facilities, overall not quality teaching)

if these problems can solve correctly other changes will happen automatically. for overcoming these problems we don’t require much funds, but we require a change in society and politics.

*hope it will help you*
