they have to buy goods at British prices which are very high.

you that before independence people's are facing many problems like Britishers are behaving arrogantly with peasants like the gomastha who are appointed by the Britishers
who punish the peasant for delay in supply of goods .
and through war years they force indians to go and fight .....
