Problems of a farmer are mainly infrastructural and economic. The biggest hurdle to all this is the absence of technological resources and education.

To make a farmer understand the working of big labor machines and tech-devices we need to educate them first.

After that we need to bring more power- from all kinds of sources- be it nuclear, coal, water, solar. Put your weight behind in investing in all the power sources so that there is better infrastructure.

After that the next step is to parallely invest in public infrastructure like roads, dams and bridges. If a farmer wants to sell his produce to city consumers then there should be proper means of transportation. This means increasing the extent of roads, rails and probably we can revive the river transportation as well( for Gangetic plains).

Rise in price of pesticides  and fertilisers. ...costly means of transport...no sufficient water...no proper labour...
