Dr. Kalam dreamt of a country where the youth had access to education without financial restraints and where they could cultivate a thought process of "what I can give" over the usual "what I can take". 

The answer to the realization of his vision lies in the vision itself, if we look carefully. The youth of the country needs to understand the problems that confront our nation and the world at large so they might then come up with solutions to these. 

Illiteracy, corruption, caste-based politics, economic inequality, and women's unequal status are some of the major roadblocks that hinder the national progress today.
