The programs undertaken to uplift the marginalised communities are carried out in two dimensional approaches that involves promoting social justice on one hand and on the other protects the rights of dalits and adivasis.

A few programs are:

• Implementation of several schemes for upliftment of dalits

• Free hostels for the adivasi or dalit communities

• Medical college admissions offered to dalits at low cut-off percentage.
