What are the pumping chambers of heart called?

The left and right atria are smaller chambers that pump blood into the ventricles. The left and right ventricles are stronger pumps. The left ventricle is the strongest because it has to pump blood out to the entire body.

Why is lymph called filtered blood?

Lymph is called as filtered blood because as we know that the lymph is formed from the interstitial fluid which is collected by lymphatic capillaries into the interstitium. ... Thus, the lymph has a composition of blood plasma - the fluid component of blood.
