Answer:In winter air contains moisture. And when air cannot hold all the moisture, the excess moisture condense. This condense moisture fall on leaves or other objects which we see as water droplets or dew. This is caused due to root pressure.

water droplets were seen us a result guttation.Guttation is the loss of water in the liquid state from uninjured parts of plants,usually from tips and margins of leaves.in this water exudes from the group of leaf cells called hydathodes.a hydathode is an opening or pore in the leaf epudemis,around,which are grouped as several thin-walled parenchyma cells.it occurs during the night or early morning when there is high atmosphere humidity and transportation is less.
