What are the reasons for the failure to sustain the availability of underground water???

main reasons are as follows .
1 due to minimg ground water get contaminated.
2. due to over use of water the level of ground water falls down .
3. due to over construction of building , roads
rain water does not get the way to enter the ground thus, ground water remains un charge.
