There are various problems that are related to the recycling of plastic waste.

EXPLANATION:

  • We are aware of the hazardous situation that the plastic waste has created on our planet, especially the marine wildlife is literally choking because of plastic pollution in our oceans.
  • All the problem related to plastics is due to its non biodegradable nature. So it only left us with the option of recycling the plastic waste but not all plastic wastes can be recycled because all plastics are made up of different types of polymers. Some of these polymers like Bakelite is non recyclable in nature.
  • Also, plastic cups which are made by mixing different substances are very hard to separate and that's why hard to recycle. The only solution to this problem is the complete ban on the usage of plastics which should be implemented as early as possible.
