What are the resion why banks are not willing to give loans?

Normally we say that banks have the work to give loans to the people for the work of economy ..

But sometimes banks are not willing to give loans because..

√ May be they have money crises..

√ People can't be able to give collateral..

√ RBI policies are tends to reduce inflation so no loans advancing is done..

√ People don't submit the intrest on time so bank restricted to some people's..

As normaly its the duty of banks to give loans to its clients,it comes a time when the banks may not be able to give loans because of the follong reasons as explained below;

People be not be able to submit their interests on time hence making bankds to restict to give out loans.

Again there might be some polies by the government to reduce the rate of infaltion.Banks may follow those directions fromthe government.

Banks also may restrict giving loans when its in a money crisis periods.it may lack enough money to give out loans to its existing or new clients.
