Answer:

Human is at the centre of resource development.

Actually all resources become resource only only when they are put to use by humans. It is human who makes natural things usable with help of technology.

Had no technology been there, development would not have been possible.

There are regions where natural resources are in abundance but regions not developed for example Africa.

But if human are developed they make the region developed with technology, for example, Japan.

Answer:

The process of transformation of things into resource involves an inter dependent relationship between nature.

Human being interact with nature through technology and create institutions to accelerate the pace of economic development. Human beings are essential components of resources as they transform materials in the environment into resource and use them.

To enhance economic development the state constructs roads, buildings bridges, dams, power houses, hospitals, etc. to run these units doctors, engineers, scientist, teachers, are required. So if the state invests in a human resource it pays dividend in response.

The batter education, improved skills, and provision of healthy atmosphere will result in proper and most efficient use of resources (non-natural and natural) which will result in increase in economic production.

Human Resource development has an ample effect on the backwardness economy and society. The provision of education will increase literacy.
