What are the shortcoming of a Globe ?

he globe doesn't give much detailed information. 3.the globe also costs a lot, while the map would cost very little . Globes are very important for geographical studies and research works.It is basically a solid spherical object which is a miniature form of our earth with maps printed on it's outer surface.

1) A globe is usually large so it is difficult to carry it .it is quite bulky and big one

2) As compared to the map ,a globe is quite expensive and cost a lot.

3) it also don't give much detailed information like the detailed feature of a area can not be seen through it.

4) You can only see one half  of the globe at a time.
