Sub-atomic particles-Fermions(defined by half integral spins inside of nucleons- protons and neutrons.) are the smallest 'mass carrying particles' we know of on the scale of the standard model and they only come in pairs(inside of nucleons, and the fact they only come in pairs is what defines them as 'mass carrying ') (Quarks, electrons, Neutrinos) leptons are the 'first particles' to have existed in a 3D(Hilbert space) space.(electron, Tau, muon, electron neutrino, Tau neutrino, muon and neutrino.) Then you have force carrying particles that have 'imaginary mass'(which consequently would be the intermediary interaction in which asimultaneously, asymmetrically inhibits/exhibits force on the leptons generating a 'time signature')(photon, gluon W and Z boson- which each pertains to a fundamental aspect of force.) Then they are all generated by the higgs boson interaction with the higgs(tachyonic) field.
