The conditions after first World War were pathetic. Specially Germany was suffering very badly. Since Germany started war they have to pay the loans spent on the war expenses.
United States of America have a profit in this. They told Germany to take loan from them & give to other countries. In this way they pay money to USA and repay their loans also.
Germany refused to pay loans & therefore its most fertile rhineland and gold reserves were taken away.
After this a period of years of depression came-
In this USA's national income fell by half & whole world suffered from economic crisis.
Germany recklessly printed paper currency that German mark fell in market.
People hang a card in their necks on which it is written Ready to do any work.
In Germany people murdered the supporters of democracy.
