Answer:

MITOSIS STAGES:

Mitosis is the process of cell division, where the somatic or body cell divides and the ploidy remains constant. It is a division of growth.

1- INTERPHASE - It is the first stage of mitosis in which the cell , starts functioning and the chromosomes are visible in condensed form.

2- PROPHASE- The second stage of mitosis in which the cell organelles starts disappearing and the nucleus envelope disappear and the chromosomes starts shifting towards the opposite pole.

3-METAPHASE-The third stage of mitosis in which the chromosomes are arranged in the equatorial plane .

4-ANAPHASE-The fourth stage of mitosis in which the cromatin are pulled by the contraction of spindle fibre and moves to the opposite pole , it results in the formation of furrow in animal cell.

5-TELOPHASE- This is the last stage of karyokinnesis and the nuclear envelope and the cell organelles starts appearing and clevage form .

The last one is cytokinesis which result in the division of cytoplasm and formation of two daughters cell.
