you have a viewpoint on the issues concerning your constituency and that must be different from the already established parties because only then it will be beneficial of making a new political party.

With that you must have sound public speaking and communication skills..because you will need to convey what you think.

You must have a good reputation in society,only then people will take you serious.

last but not the least,you should have some courage and Its not always easy to convince people and you may face some humiliation also.
