Well ofcourse there are two:
- Gendered Media- In daily life, if were to talk about occupations or animals, people would often say,'he(dog) is so cute'. why cant it be a she. basically this is what gendered media means. without knowing a particular gender of something humans predict it to be 'he'.
- Glass ceiling- the glass ceiling prevents women to go above a certain level or wage compared to men, as men do not have the glass ceiling.
