The Nucleus Contains A Network of thread which constitute the chromatin. The Chromatin Material Mainly composed of DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid).

Chromatin is a network of thread which is present in the nucleus and helps in transmitting hereditary information from one generation to another.

whereas, Chromosome are the most significant component in the chromatin, which becomes visible only during cell division activity.

Hope It Helps ! Thanks.

The DNA + histone = chromatin definition: The DNA double helix in the cell nucleus is packaged by special proteins termed histones. The formedprotein/DNA complex is called chromatin. The basic structural unit of chromatin is the nucleosome.

DNA exists in Chromatin form in the nucleus. The chromatin condenses to form Chromosomes during cell division. The chromatin in the nucleus forms a 'beads-on-string' structure or Nucleosome. The 'beads' are octamer histone proteins and the 'string' is the double-stranded DNA.
