HIV is the virus which causes AIDS. AIDS prevents the body from fighting infections. After few weeks of infections you get flu like symptoms. After that symptoms like weight loss,fatigue and recurrent infections happen. There is no cure for AIDS but taking some medicines can slow down its infection rate. AIDS is a non-communicable disease
