Well scientifically symptoms are varied .
Like headaches , sleeping difficulties , tiredness etc etc .
But if we take this in an other way, the only person able to control our body is ourselves right? Maybe there is millions of ways in which you can overcome insomnia yourself . Bring self love into your mindful dictionary and have the determination to take control of your body .
Regarding nyctophobia : me being a person with typophobia and phasmophobia i dont even know how im dealing with it . I sleep with lights on and always sleep with my parent or my sister i would never sleep alone. But im getter better at this everyday by training myself that the only thing these phobias can do to us is to make us fear . Thats their win mate we loose ! I would never give up to the fear so I learned to fight it . Whatever you are going through i totally understand. All you have to do is give it time and it will heal, at the same time find a medium to train your mind .. let it be a thought or quote or anything that reminds you that fear can only make you fear and it can’t hurt you anymore .
