Symptoms include mood swings, tender breasts, food cravings, fatigue, irritability and depression.

People may experience:

Pain areas: in the breast, abdomen, back, joints, muscles, or pelvis

Gastrointestinal: constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, passing excessive amounts of gas, or water retention

Whole body: appetite changes, excessive hunger, fatigue, or loss of appetite

Mood: anxiety or general discontent

Abdominal: abdominal fullness or cramping

Also common: acne, depression, headache, insomnia, irritability, lack of concentration, moodiness, painful menstruation, or weight gain
