It depends on the type of infection the lung is affected with. The most common infection is COPD i.e. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease .
Person affected with this disease will show the following symptoms:
- Dry or Phlegm cough
- Frequent respiratory infections, shortness of breath, or wheezing
- Fatigue or inability to exercise
