the first thing that would happen if all the metals are removed is that the earth would instantly lose its magnetic field. if all metals were to be disappear we would lose our core (earths magnetic field is generated by the rotation of its iron core).Not only that, the surface temperature of the earth would increase by several degrees which would speed up the melting of polar ice caps, which would in turn lead to flooding of costal areas due to the rise in sea level. And last but not the least, it is likely that humans would either completely go extinct or nearly go extinct, either fron starvation, natural disaster such as flooding, skin cancer or any number of other complications that come from over exposure to the sun's heat and UV rays.
