1. Arithmetic and logic unit (ALU),
2. Main storage
3. Control unit.

Arithmetic and logic unit (ALU)

• Arithmetic and logic unit are do Arthematics and logical calculations .
• It is the fundamental building block of the cental processing units.
• In some of the CPU Arithmetic and logic unit are divided into further two parts:-

1. Arthemetics Unit
2. Logical Unit

Main storage :-

• It is also called as immediate or temporary memory unit.
• It serves as clipboards option to store data which is either cut or copied from any source.
• It assists and help Arithmetic and logic unit (ALU) and Control unit for operations.

Control unit:-

• Control unit is used to evaluate data and instructions from memory and analyse it and retrieve back instructions to Arithmetic and logic unit(ALU).
