The three reason are given below:-
1) The movement was turning violent at many places....
2) Ghandhi ji realised that indian should be trained properly before they would ready for mass struggle..
3) Ghandiji was firm believer of peacefully opposing the british and within the congress they wanted to participated in election...
that's why gandhi ji withdarw non coperation mevement..
