The most common one is to do work, obviously. The computer can also be used for other productivity, to email and write essays or other things, you can animate things or draw them. You can make (PowerPoint) presentations for work, you can research things for information.
At the office, it is likely not allowed to play games, other than that, you can basically use the computer at office for everything you’d do at home, as long as you get your work done!
