There are alot of “ qualities “to a healthy person. Alot of those qualities are seen with the “naked eye.”. A persons hair will tell whether they are healthy or lacking some kind of nutrition. If is looks fried, falling out, or just dead with “no shine” normally it's a lack of” vitamins” or even “depression.”

1) Always eat a healthy food
2) don't eat junk food
3) Always do exercise on morning times.
4) Do the meditation regularly.
5) wake up early in the morning.
