Hey friend,

Here's your answer,

As we all know, water is very important for the sustainance of life. It is basically composed of two components - Oxygen and water.
It has a molecular formula of H2O.

BIOLOGICAL USES OF WATER INCLUDE :

1. Water forms a very important form of a diet of all humans and other
living organisms.

For humans, 60% of the water we take in comes from
drinks, 30% comes from food and the remaining 10% is metabolic water.

2. Water acts as a medium in which substances are transported
through the body. It is the most important substance ever known.

Hope this helps!!!
