carbohydrates, fats , proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Carbohydrates and fats- Your body works all the time, even you are sleep, your body is working. The body needs energy to work. it obtains energy from the food that has carbohydrates.

Rice, chapati, bread, sugar, potatoes and bananas are rich in carbohydrates.

Food items such as butter, cream, ghee and meat are rich in fats.

Small quantity of fats is needed by the body. Fats too provide energy to the body.
